This path from Device to Exchange includes any firewalls that Cingular has in place on their data network. I have called twice and they are clueless when it comes to the timeout settings on their firewalls. They just keep transferring you until you get frustrated and hang up. One guy claimed there are not any timeouts in place but I find this hard to believe. Does anyone know the http inactivity timeout for Cingular's network firewalls?
