It looks like your company is not using ssl for outlook web access. So in this case I would uncheck the "requires ssl connection" box in mobile activesync. As for Outlook Mobile Access (OMA), just browse to it in IE7 and if you can log in to see your emails, calendar etc then it is working. The address should be the same as the one you use for OWA but with /oma at the end. You can also access OMA on your mobile device the same way.
