I want them to post the OLD version so we can resort back if we want. For me, I thought it would fix things, only to realize so far i've spent endless hours trying to fix it. Bad luck? Who knows, but if it makes things worse (for some of us) we need a way to go back.

And for me its either find a way to do this by contacting Palm, or tell them its a new phone coming.
