All I have to say is that on my Palm Treo 700 I could connect my bluetooth keyboard, had a full document view and editor and it did not cost me anything extra, while I am not supprised that the company is charging, I would expect some sort of feature to come on the phone considering how they marketed the pre towards professional use.
