Just upgraded my firmware for my att 650, did a search for the dun settings, found the above (Here are the pertinent settings:
Phone #: *99***1#
Username: <blank>
Password: <blank>)
That's all I needed.
Went to dsl reports, got 115 down and 21 up.
Not too shabby.
