Default So my launch day pre is dying

Yesterday the power button on my pre stopped working. I have TEP through Sprint and brought it in. They looked at it for a minute and then said they'd order a replacement and it would come in in about 3-5 days. So no big deal, I can live with it for a few days. But then this morning, it started randomly just shutting off to where I need to pull the battery and then plug it in to get it to power up. Its done it 3 times now already. This I cant live with. Since I have insurance should I go back to Sprint today to see if I can get a replacement now? Would they do that?
