Default can't setup my new palm pre
i just bought a new palm pre, i activated the phone already but i can't create the profile. the error message said that my phone not connected to the wireless service provider's network. i noticed that i don't have the ev icon on the top screen of my palm that means that i don't have the data connection. so anybody know how to fix it, please.

Location? USA? Canada? UK/EU?

If you're in the USA you have to be on the Sprint 3G network to active the phone and create a profile.
