Default please help my pre wont connect to web os
i need help i put my pre in developer mode its on but when i try to connect it to webos quick install it says no device detected please conect device then click ok what am i doing wrong? or how do i fix this i just dont get it can someone please help me

open webos then on the top click on file , then options then make sure usb is highlighted then click on reinstall novacom driver then reboot your computer and phone and try hooking it up again

well i restarted my computer and it works now wow i got worried for no reason,sprint gave me a new palm pre today cause the old one was messed up thanks guys

Default Reinstalling Novacom
I am trying to get WebOS quick install to work on my home computers. It is an AMD running Ubuntu 9.10. Here is the message I get when I try to install Novacom.

Error: Wrong architecture 'i386'
