Is your site down, because I want to upgrade to your 1.3 and the site won't come up for me. Thanks!

Is your host GoDaddy? (Ok, low blow to GoDaddy, but their hosting sucks).

I'd also love to be able to map the red call end button. My perfect setup would be just like the 650. I'd make Green button-home, red button-menu, phone-phone home button-call end.

Netfirms is aware of the problem. I hope they fix it soon. For me it loads, but it takes a really long time.

Sorry for the problem, we're really trying hard to get it resolved as quickly as possible.

regards, Tyler

I managed to get it. Man, look, don't worry about it, I was just kidding ya. You've gone above and beyond to make this program work for us. You even dealt with quite a bit of greediness when the program was initially just supposed to fix a couple of issues. Keep up the great work, it's a great product, and you'll have a perfect 700p when you finally get it!

I agree with lawilson. Keep up the great work, it's the "must have" app for every 700p owner.

Whether we like it or not, the first ones to get it are the beta testers. It's been like that for every product. There's no way Palm could anticipate everything, so now they know (you better believe they are reading these boards [Hi, Palm {blushes}} and already are working on a fix in the future.

Tyler,

I have a very minor quibble about this great application: Although I've changed the menu button to a shift button (like on the 650), pressing the menu button twice does not turn on caps lock; it just takes the shift back off. Any way to correct that so that it acts like a true shift button?

Again, great program. I really appreciate it. As I said, this is just a trivial little issue.

Agreed...."Just Like The 650". That made the most sense. The button placement on the 650 is more intuitive in my opinion.

It could be possible... let me look at it tomorrow!

That would make my day!!!! Thanks again Tyler!!!

Since the website does not seem to be working right now. Can anyone post a copy of the latest LudusP? Also, does this fix the Agendus/Phone button issue?

Is that okay with the developer? I am not trying to start anything, just trying to follow "palm product development" etiquette.

Tyler,

I hope I'm not raining on anybody's parade, but I'd rather pay $9.95 and buy it from palmgear.com than pay $5 over paypal, for 2 reasons:

1) I don't trust PayPal
2) I manage all of my software purchases / update through Palmgear. It's easier.

are you planning on releasing LudusP on Palmgear anytime soon? Like I said, I'd happily pay $9.95 there.

Okay...I don't have a parade scheduled, but I'll bite. Why don't you trust PayPal? I've been using them since 3/2000 with hundreds and hundreds of transactions, and I haven't had any problems. And that was before they were purchased by Ebay.

I know you are not alone.....my sister "doesn't trust them" either, but she can't articulate why, and she has no trouble trusting Ebay or buying stuff online with her credit card. So I'm just curious......

Tyler can you upload LudusP somewhere else? Your site is still down.

Thanks,

Al

OK, the site appears to be back up. Tyler, thanks for this life-saving app (and for bailing out Palm again!). One suggestion: instead of a checkbox option to "Make Menu Shift", can you offer pulldown choices for the Menu button as well (like the Send, Phone, etc buttons). I'm thinking CmdBar would be a great use of the Menu button!

Especially when you are talking $5

Well, with 1.13 I still can't get capslock with the right shift button. The problem with quick double-press causing menu to come up seems to be fixed, however.
