Today Opera launched the beta version 5:

Let us know how it works. I'm till using Opera mini 3 instead of 4 because of freezing issues on my Centro.

Doesn't work, I've already tried both the JAR and JAD files.

No success here too!

I tried the "J9 Exchanger" and the "JVM Midlet Installer" on my TX.
The beta is stored in RAM under "J9 Java Launcher" but it's not a prc. So maybe I need to install more JVM parts?

I hope this is not to common, because I'm about to install 4.2 on my Centro!

Me Centro also on 4.2.14912. Pretty fast and stable. But it require good signal otherwise it could lock up for long.

just tried installing Opera Mini 5 beta but i can't seen to get it to even launch.

damn shame, it looks fantastic.
