Default Recent Blue Ant Q1/V1 Experience

A lot has been written about early issues with these devices, but I was wondering what recent experience has been now that pairing, using voice commands and battery life seem to have been addressed.

I currently have a Plantronics Voyager 520 which I am very happy with, but I really miss not being able to voice dial.

Is it worth making the move to a Q1?

What limitation are you finding from the voice dialing?

Have recent Q1 firmware upgrades addressed the issue of being unable to listen to Sprint Navigation over the Q1?

Hoping to get lots of constructive feedback.
