speaker crackling

so I have already swaped my pre out because of the twisting screen and now this one the speaker on the back makes a crackling sound whenever it is in use

I have searched and found nothing about this for the pre but other phones have the problem

tomorrow I will be swapping it again - sigh

I just exchanged mine for this on 6/29. It just started one morning when the alarm went off. It would be raspy whenever you played any sound like ringers, alarms, dialing etc... I hope it doesn't become a problem after the 30 days. It was an easy swap for me but I don't have TEP and I know they will put up a fight if I have to swap it out again.

I bought 3 Pres on release day and this is the first problem I have had other than minimal slop in the sliders.

yep its raspy like when ever the speaker is in use - playing ring tones and dialing numbers

but I am swapping it out tomorrow but I already did that once and I was told buy the people at Best Buy that I can only do it once and I have to send it in after that taking about 2-5 days to get it back

if they try to pull this crap I will just get a full refund and buy it again - the only reasin I went to BB was because of the instant rebate

oh yea and the sliders - I talked to my sister who works for Sprint in Las Vegas and she said that the display models are all twisty from all the use and stuff

I dont really care I like the operation of the phone and with my IBM discount I get 21% off rate plans so I probably wont be going to another company anytime soon

well I went to BB and they had some but they were for people who pre ordered the phones so I was told I had to wait - again

I was on the pre order list but the first one I got was defective so I was put back on the top of the list and got a new one right away - now I was told that they cant put me back on the top of the list again because " it wouldnt be fair to the people who have been waiting" - *** what about me who waited just as long but I got a defective one 2 times

looks like I will be waiting, but if it goes past 3 days I will get a full refund and get it through telesales seeing as I get a 18% discount on new phones I just have to wait for it to ship, but the discount makes it not as nad as waiting for BB seeing as I didnt get a discount from them
