I use the images from Digital Blasphemy ( Digital Blasphemy 3D Wallpaper). The iPhone-sized ones are the same size as the Pre's screen.
I've been a member of DB's galleries for over 5 years. The guy does fantastic renders.

The last 4 I've used (I am using the last one right now):
And maybe I'm not the brightest bulb in the bunch, but I just noticed that the date on the calendar icon corresponds with the actual date. That's clever!

What would be nice is if the pre could randomly change wallpapers at set intervals (hourly, daily etc)

Once the SDK comes out, I'm going to look into my wife (a programmer) writing an app that changes the wallpaper either by time interval or by time of day (bright and colorful for daytime, dark for nighttime). Corny, but I would like it.

im using a solid black screen (made it in paint), as i like the contrast it creates between the background and the cards, really lets the cards stand out.
