Very Odd Sprint Palm Pre Event
We know about those launch parties at Sprint stores but this one is a bit odd. It's a veteran's benefit combined with a Sprint Palm Pre launch party? Jerry Seinfeld and Jason Alexander? Don't get me wrong, it sounds like a good time but a bit odd!?!?!
Anyhow, not sure if it's a legit. I stumbled upon this flyer on flickr.

Maybe because you need to read the whole sentence?
'Palm & Sprint invite you to celebrate the launch of the new Palm Pre.'
Sounds good to me..

Seems like the kind of thing one might send out to celebrities and big-wigs--a fundraiser dinner sort of thing.

I get the feeling that they are looking for existing events that they can co-sponsor and do a little advertising at rather than setting up their own events.
