Damn, no webOS Doctor yet for 1.3.1. I've been messing with a few things so I sort of want to just use the Doctor to update. Oh well, I'll use this for now, and then webOS Doctor whenever that's posted.

ok, I have the "remove quick launch bar" patch installed. Anyone know how do restore the .png file that's backed up using terminal app, so I can then use EPR to rem patches then install update. I don't get home from work for 7 more hours. I want it NOW!!!
also, anyone know if update effects xorgs moveapp function/app?

Guys, I removed all patches and tweaks, including Preware -- but not the Package Management Service. Am I okay to run the update with PMS still installed?

You really didn't have to uninstall Preware even, but yes you're okay.

So long as you didn't any move any native apps (which shouldn't have been moved anyway), you should be fine.

So the webos doctor will remove everything and then update the phone then put everything back on the phone but not until webos doctor is updated to 1.3.1?
Does everything include patches, apps, homebrews, and tweaks?

So do I only need to remove patches and themes? Can I keep PreWare and its stuff?
