Default Force app restore from Palm Profile?

I apologize if this has been brought up before, but I did a search on the forums and couldn't find any mention of it, so here's my question.

I just had my phone replaced today, and I signed into my Palm Profile, and it restored my contacts and whatnot, but not my apps. I really would like to avoid having to manually find and re-download all of my apps. Is there a way to force the phone to get my app list from the backup on Palm's servers? Thanks in advance.
