Good news folks! I've got flash player extracted from Sony Clie TH55 working on my 650! Original info posted in thread below:

Here are the instructions as translated from russian:

1. Make backup copy first!!
2. Install all files from sonycompat.zip via hotsync. (treo will reset)
3. Install MMFlash.prc and MMFlashLib.prc from TH55/UX50/UX40 with Zlauncher file manager, filez or etc... (Note, I used TH version)
4. Install .swf to /PALM/Programs/MMFlash. DON'T INSTALL to Internal storage.

I've got it to work using sample swf. Others have reported it to work on T3,Z72,T5,Z71,TE (tested). Some devices may need UDMH, however, it worked for me without it...

Here are some limtations:

1. Not all flash are work. And not all worked are work correctly
2. Based on Macromedia 5 Flash used in Clies, thus Flash 6 based movies won't work...
3. 5-way nav not supported
4. buggy, may reset...

Got it to work with a couple sample swf. Haven't tried any Flash games yet.

Here are some screen shots of the flash player on my 650!

I tried to run some homestarrunner emails, but they wouldn't load properly... stuck at loading page.

I think it might be b/c the player only supports Flash 5 movies. Anyone know of a way to convert Flash 6 movies to 5 for free? A free convertor would be nice...

HAHA!! This is pretty fun! I've been searching around looking at old threads over at 1src.com and etc trying to find some cool Flash movies and games...

I found this one fun flash game below:

Here's another one that works well!!! Minigolf from miniclip.com:

This one was a bit slow, so I overclocked Flash player with PXA Clocker and the game worked perfectly!

Hmmm I used FileZ and when I try to copy the MMFlashLib.prc from my SD to the internal memory it gaves me an error saying "There was an error during copy, stopping".

Wonder if anyone else successfully make this run?

I had to run UDMH to copy the 600k MMFlashLib.prc from my SD card to internal memory.

Hmmm... I used Zlauncher's file manager to copy the MMFlashlib to ram and it worked fine... You shouldn't need UDMH afaik. Try a different file manger if you have one.

No but you can download the flash movie as swf file and then play it on your palm using this player... However like I stated before, some work and some do not...

I don't have zlauncher and Filez can't seem to copy MMFlashLib.prc. Emailing it to me doesn't work either. Anyone know of a way around to installing this file to RAM.

Yeah, according to most posts over at 1src.com, since Sony used an older version of Flash (ver5) in the Clies, alot of newer flash files will not be compatible as time progresses unfortunately. But apparently there are tools to save files in Flash5 format like Flash 2004 MX, but none freeware afaik...
