Help me become a SERO user
I believe all I need is a sprint employee email.
You may send it to me privately at alfredulysse@hotmail.com
Thanks a lot!

Or you could just use "savings@sprint.com" which is what everyone else has been using for months. You don't need to use an actually Sprint employee's e-mail address anymore.

With 5 of the exact same replies, I guess this must be an important point

Actually I was in bed trying to post from my treo, and it kept saying sending followed by a time out. I kept sending and sending until I got a message saying that it appeared to be a duplicate post. Oops! Anyhoo, the sero website no longer has an option to checkout. It only has details and a phone number. I wonder if you can call in and say savings@sprint.com referred you. If anyone tries, post how it goes.
