Default Few Questions

My dad just purchased a Cingular branded 750, after being assured by Palm that it would take the basic cheap Wap internet. He is with Centennial Wireless, and they seem more interested in selling him either an internet package or one of their own phones. Would any one know 1) will this phone even work with this type of internet, and 2) how to get the proper settings to get it to work? Thank you for any help. Also has the WM6 ATT firmware, if that matters. At least until i take the time to remove it with a different rom. Again, thanks for any help.
