Default 755p keeps resetting when I try to view a document
over the last few weeks (maybe longer?), I've noticed that every time I try to open an attachment in versamail, my 755p reboots. I've tried accessing documents directly from Documents to Go and the same thing happens. I've tried a soft reset and a hard reset and nothing helps. Any ides out there?

I had the same problem. I fixed it with a clean install of DtG. The recommendation I was given by DataViz was to do a hard reset and install apps one by one until the one interfering with DtG was found.

Did you update the included version? I did. Going back to the one in ROM always solved the problem also.

Hmmmm - can't figure out the DTG issue - I actually have a license for the upgrade but have trouble installing both. Think I am just going to use my upgrade with Sprint to get a new phone.
