What does your 800w Today Screen look like?
Ahh...a nerdy tradition to continue in the 800w forum
Basically, here's the point: to share with others your Today Screen setup & give others ideas on layouts and programs that they were not aware about.
It's also to encourage those heroic forum members with graphic abilities who want to make themes, etc.
Guidelines are simple: - Post an Screen Cap (I use Capture Screen Utility; Mobile DL)
- List your Plugins/Apps (links aren't necessary but preferred!)
- Mention your Today Theme
- Use Photobucket, etc. for image storage
Making/Adjusting Themes
Info on WeatherPanel & themes here
Info on UltimateLauncher + icons found here
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
I'll go first...
This is just my "it's way too busy looking, but works for me right now" phase. Guarantee I'll change it in 5 minutes.
Plugins
Today Theme- "Classic Black" by wowthatisrandom (attached for DL)
(BTW: 240x240 themes (WM5 and WM6) seem to work fine on the 800w!)

This would be nice if it could be made for a touch screen.

Now that I think about it, wasn't "Tiles" supposed to be one of the big things about WM 6.1? Is it available on the Treo? What does it look like?

That's a WM6.1 Standard feature. It's meant to be used on non-touch screens.

Well that's new: for once it looks like WM Standard one-ups WM Pro.

Why thank you for the nice comment. No issues with WP at all, it just works.

Mal, mentioned that in his first post. I use Pocket Controller Pro, but that is probably overkill for just screen shots.

What's your recommended update frequency for WeatherBug Direct with the 800 to save battery life? I'm not sure how often weather really needs to be updated...

LAmar, I have WeatherPanel set to update every 1/2 hour when it is connected, I don't allow it to connect on it's own. I thought this might be a good sign post for you.
