Couple of things I really like about PockeTwit. You can throw in your gps coordinates, you can snap pics and post them to Twitpics. Mostly I like being able to scroll the timeline nice and large with avatars.
Only thing I'd change about it is to have DM's viewable separately, and highlight @ replies.

I like PocketTwit and Tiny Twitter. PocketTwit has this nice scroll-effect. Tiny Twitter is faster in booting and has better notifications, breaking down the kind and amount of updates you have.

Here's a run down of the twitter apps I have tried
Twitter clients for Windows Mobile
Twobile
www.infinitumsoftware.com - Twobile
Tinytwitter
Tiny Twitter - mobile twitter app by kevin cawley
Twikini
Twikini - Trinket Software
Pockettwit
pocketwit - Google Code
I like Twikini's interface the most but I suspect it is giving me some registrty errors resulting in inability to install Cab files.
Currently using: Tinytwitter
Update: now trying PockeTwit - very nice interface but a bit sluggish compared to Twikini which is the fastest.

Just wanted to bring back this thread
What app do you use for Twitter?

I have several. I've been using TinyTwitter & PocketTwit for awhile. I recently found Panoramic MoTweets (I think it was a review, here or at WMExperts). It does a really nice job. The free version is ad driven, but the ads are not at all intrusive. And the paid version is only $3.95.

Twikini (v1.4) is definitely my favorite.
.. and apparently v1.5 is out:

The nice thing about Kinoma Play's Twitter support is that it makes it super-quick to share what you're watching (photos, YouTube videos) and listening to (music, podcasts): Feature focus: Twitter | Kinoma Notes
We recently made it location-aware as well: New Kinoma Play update: Twitter location, location, location (and more!) | Kinoma Notes
