Default Data while roaming issues

At work I don't have access to the Sprint network so I set my phone to forced roaming. Recently when I try to access the internet or sync my email I've been getting an error stating it can't sync. As soon as I leave work and I'm back on the Sprint network there's no problem. I've always been able to access the net or sync my email while roaming in the past. I haven't downloaded any new cabs or changed any settings. Has Sprint stopped allowing data while roaming?
