Man I really need this to work so I can view PDF's from a web page.

i've used it to dl a pdf file as a test.
what do you guys use it extensively for?

try copying the patch into the ~/browser/enable-browser-downloads110.patch directory

craftsman: Don't do the mv portion. Do quilt import <where you downloaded the patch>

Well I need it to view PDF's via the web. The city that I work for has numerous links to PDF's docs. Check out City of Northglenn Public Meeting Records

and try to click on any of the links. No go on a basic Pre.

okay i edited the "mv" portion part and change it to "quilt import" so evrything could be copied and pasted inside the quote boxes. Thanks Ikyo

same here, tried the whole process from the beginning

well didn't get it to work, darn I usually get them working on the first try, well don't know what happened.....at first it gave me the same error as craftsman but I repeated the 3rd and 4th steps and it appeared to work, rebooted and when I hit download it sent me straight to the streaming.

u can try moving the patch into the "opt/src/modification/browser/ " directory then from there import it to the patches dir. and run quilt
