Default Improving App Launch Time?
What are some of the different ways to improve app launch time? Basically, I'm trying to put together a check list of things to do that can improve the speed of apps. For starters...
  • If not using a "dark" theme, specify so in your appinfo.json file by adding "theme": "light". This prevents the dark theme from being loaded which will slightly decrease app launch time.
  • Use software to strip comments, line breaks, and extra white space from your final JavaScript files (such as "JavaScript Compressor" -> JSC - JavaScript Compressor). In theory, this should slightly improve the speed of your app overall.

And other ideas??? I'll update this list as people make suggestions...
