Default [PATCH REQUEST] Treat scrolling lists as drop down menu in browser

This is the biggest thing that bugs me about the browser... When you come across a scrolling list box(http://www.uwec.edu/HELP/html/FOR-pdown.htm#scroll), you can barely use it! I think the only way you can scroll through the list is to hold down the orange or shift button and try to move around in the menu. That fruity phone treats scrolling list menus as drop down menus(http://www.uwec.edu/HELP/html/FOR-pdown.htm#pulldown). Is there a way to get the WebOS browser to treat scrolling lists as a drop down menu?
